PURPOSE:To decrease the number of component parts and assembling processes by fixing by adhesion a main shaft to an inside ring of a ball bearing and therefore omitting a spacer for gap control between rotary transformers. CONSTITUTION:A main shaft 4 is put through a pair of ball bearings 6-a and 6-b which are pressed into a lower fixed drum 2, and the shaft 4 is fixed to the inner ring of the upper ball bearing 6-a with an adhesive 16. Then both ball bearings are pressureized by means of a pressurizing spring 8 and a pressurizing boss 9. At the same time, a rotary transformer 7-b of the fixed side is fixed into the drum 2 with an adhesive, etc. Then a rotary disk 5 attached with a rotary transformer 7-a of the rotary side is fixed to the shaft 4 with adhesion from above. In this case, a spacer 17 having the thickness equal to the length of a set gap is put between both transformers which are opposite to each other. Thus the length of the gap between both transformers is decided. Then the spacer 17 is pulled out. In such a way, the selecting process can be omitted for the spacer 17. This decreases greatly the number of assembling processes and improves greatly the mass production effect. |
