发明名称 MELT REDUCTION METHOD FOR ORE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To regularly obtain gaseous CO and to accelerate the reduction of corrosion of the side wall of a furnace and the acceleration of the melt reduction of ore by blowing an oxidizing gas for secondary combustion into a slag layer and blowing pulverized coal from the furnace top so as to react with the high-temp. gas in the furnace. CONSTITUTION:Oxygen is supplied through tuyeres 14, 15 into the bath B of a molten iron contg. >=2% carbon. Coal powder, preliminarily reduced ore and calcined line powder are blown by utilizing the reducing gas generated in the melting furnace 10 through a tuyere 15 to execute melt reduction. The generated gaseous CO is subjected to the secondary combustion by the oxidizing gas blown through the tuyeres 17, 18 of the side wall of the furnace. The generated gaseous CO2 is passed through the slag layer S so as to raise therein and to transfer the sensible heat thereof to the iron powder and slag particles. The secondary combustion of the gaseous CO generated in the central part of the slag layer S is accelerated. The pulverized coal is blown through a tuyere 19 near the furnace top so as to react with the high-temp. gas contg. H2O and CO2 generated in the furnace to generate the gaseous CO and gaseous H2. The gaseous CO2 is introduced into a preliminary fluidized layer 20 so as to improve the efficiency of the preheating and preliminary reduction of the iron ore.</p>
