PURPOSE:To contrive a weight reduction and miniaturization of a device by reducing the number of large-scale parts, by a method wherein an end of a tie bar is fixed to a movable platen, the titled device is so constituted that the tie bar penetrates through a stationary platen and the movable platen is shifted by an opening and closing cylinder of the movable platen provided on the other end of the tie bar. CONSTITUTION:Primary molding is performed by injecting a primary material 41 within primary side molds 19, 21 by a primary injection machine 17. Then high hydraulic oil in the inside of an oil chamber 7a of a mold clamping cylinder 7 is discharged after cooling and mold clamping force is eliminated. Then the high hydraulic oil in the inside of a pressure chamber 37 of a mold clamping piston 8 is set free and clamping of a tie bar based on an inner circumferential part 8a is released. The tie bar 9 is turned into a slidable state to the piston 8 and a stationary platen 3. Then a mold breaking action is operated by shifting a rotary platen 4 and movable platen 5 to the left, that is, in the direction separating from the stationary platen 3 by introducing the hydraulic oil respectively to right side oil chambers of a rotary platen opening and closing cylinder 12 and movable platen opening and closing cylinder 14. |
