摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a lamination type photosensitive body which consists of an org. materials, is usable in a positive electrostatic charge system and has excellent charge receptive power and good durability by providing an electric charge transfer layer on a conductive base and providing an electric charge generating layer by vapor deposition or sputtering thereon and further providing a coating layer by a coating method thereon thereby constituting the photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:The charge transfer layer 2 contg. an org. charge transfer material 2, the charge generating layer 3 contg. the org. charge generating material formed by vapor deposition or sputtering and the coating layer 4 formed by a coating method are successively laminated on the conductive substrate 1 to constitute the photosensitive body. The coating layer 4 has the function to receive and hold the charge of the corona charge in a dark place and the performance to permit the transmission of the light sensed by the charge generating layer. Said layer is required to allow the transmission of light so as to arrive at the charge generating layer when exposed with light and to neutralize and annihilate the surface charge by receiving the injection of the generated charge. The film thickness at which the surface characteristic can be uniformly changed is preferable and is adequately 0.1-3mum.
