发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF SOLAR BATTERY MODULE
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce deviation of circumference thickness of a molded body and make design of groove widths of a metal frame easy and improve reliability by a method wherein the circumference thickness of the molded body is made to be constant and thinner than thickness of a center part by using a pressing jig which can regulate the circumference thickness when the molded body is heated. CONSTITUTION:In a process of forming a molded body 8, at the time of preliminary sticking of the molded body 8, a pressing jig 13 with an optional height is put on a circumference part of a molded body 8 which is placed on a surface plate 12 with a surface side of a plate glass 4 down to regulate the thickness of the circumference part. As fluidity of an insulator 3 is increased when the temperature exceeds a certain limit, the jig 13 is pushed down by pressure applied by the pressure difference of a double-layer vacuum chamber until its bottom surface touches the surface plate 12 so that the circumference thickness of the molded body 8 can be controlled to be constant.
