In four-place machines it simplifies the guides and the carrying structure, improves the shaft support and introduces the shaft rigidly joined to two crankshafts with a single support each. In all types of machines, it introduces the following improvements: profiled linear bearing which can be oriented in order to achieve greater entrainment of the bands over the blocks of stone; lightened, one-piece framework beams, tightening system and hydraulic tensioning (holding) equipment, a band separator and a system for detecting excess advance. All the above in order to reduce investment and production costs.
