PURPOSE:To produce a building panel with the back full of a foaming synthetic resin without meagerness or deffects due to air void through injection a foaming synthetic resin material into a recess on a broad surface material and hardening thereof separated in two stages. CONSTITUTION:A foaming synthetic resin material 3 such as hard foaming urethane resin is injected into a part of recess 2 on the back of a surface plate material 1 and hardened. Then, a foaming synthetic resin material 3 is injected into the remaining part of the recess 2 and hardened. Accordingly, it is possible to produce a building panel having the foaming synthetic resin material 3 filling the recess 2 on a broad surface plate material 1. EFFECT:The generation of deffect due to air void can be prevented without engulfing of air with convergence of both the foaming synthetic resin material in the form of liquid as in the past. |
