摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to deflect an air flow at a wide angle in an arbitrary direction based on the combination of vertical and horizontal directions by setting the flowpath width expansion ratio of a guide wall approaching the short side of a rectangular inlet portion smaller than that of the guide wall approaching the long side thereof. CONSTITUTION:Flows A flowing into an inlet portion 2 form flows B1, B2... deflected leftwardly by means of deflecting vanes 12. These flows are divided into a flow group C1 upstream of a deflecting vane 15 and a flow group C2 downstream thereof by means of the deflecting vane 15, in Fig. 3. The flow group C2 is oriented downwardly by the inclination of the deflecting vane 15. On the other hand, the flow group C1 is induced by the flow group C2 and oriented downwardly because a distance (h) between the upstream end 16 of the flow group C1 and the side plate 5 thereof is set at a small value. As described above, the flow flowing in through the inlet portion 2 is, as a whole, oriented to the obliquely left-hand downward. The deflection of the flow toward the downward is carried out by the adherence thereof to a guide wall 9. Since the flow with respect to this direction has a large aspect ratio, adherence of the flow is liable to occur.
