PURPOSE:To attain a magnetic recording system where the practice of 'KARAOKE' (recorded instrumental accompaniment device) by using one of >=2 magnetic recording/ reproducing heads exclusive for reproduction, eliminating the medium sound component of the output signal of said reproduction-only head through a filter and extracting the reproduction signal given from the reproduction-only head through a filter in a sound recording mode. CONSTITUTION:The output of a sound record inhibiting circuit 12 is kept at H during the practice of 'KARAOKE' and the inverse output of an AND 27 is set at L when a sound recording mode is designated 9 after insertion 20 of a microphone 8. Thus gates 15, 19, 22 and 25 are turned off with gates 16, 21 and 24 turned on respectively. Then the output of a gate 29 is set at L and a head 1L is set under a reproducing mode. The practice of 'KARAOKE' is possible when the amplification 10L is performed via gates 16 and 17 after amplifying 2L the output of the head 1L and deleting 7 the human voices. Then a practiser can listen to his/her own voices and sound record them by mixing 14 the output of the gate 17 with the output of the microphone 8 and then delivering 10R them. Furthermore the comparison is possible between the orchestra and a professional singer's song sound recorded on R channel of a sound recorded tape and the orchestra and the practiser's song sound recorded on the R channel since a head 1R is kept 13R under a sound recording mode. |
