<p>The process consists of (a) dissolving sorbic acid and citric acid in 96% alcohol to form a mould-inhibiting soln. (b) passing the baked bread prod. on a conveyor belt into a continuous flow moist chamber; (c) applying the soln in vapour form to the bread prod., the amt. adjusted according to the wt. of the prod. and the spaced of the belt; and (d) packing the prod.</p> |
