PURPOSE:To take a test by one operator without interposing a cage nor balance weight by providing plural metallic hooks to the outer periphery of a cylinder which constitute an oil buffer. CONSTITUTION:The cylinder 6 and a plunger 7 constitute the oil buffer respectively. Further, this device is provided with plural metallic hooks 20 provided to the outer periphery of the cylinder 6, a belt 11 which has one end engaged with one of those metallic hooks 20 and is extended to the upper end part of the upper part of the plunger 7 to have the other end connected to a belt winding-in device 13, a coupling body 14 which is coupled at one end with another metallic hook 20 and also coupled at the other end with the belt winding-in device 13, and a return spring which energizes the plunger 7 in its return direction. When the cage or balance weight of an elevator strikes on the top surface of the plunger 7, the cage or balance weight is buffered and stopped by the orifice effect obtained in the movement of oil from the cylinder 6 to the plunger 7 and the spring effect of the return spring. |
