<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the maximum temperature from exceeding a predetermined uppermost temperature even when a high central temperature is set, by controlling the maximum temperature of discharged cool and hot water the central temperature of which is set by a user at an operating part for setting the central temperature of the cool and hot water temperature, so that the maximum temperature does not exceed an uppermost temperature preset in a memory portion. CONSTITUTION:A control portion 1 is electrically connected to burners, fans and operating portions 3 and 4, respectively, and controls respective parts based on inputs to the operations 3 and 4. The operating portion 3 for a bath room consists of a heating temperature setting switch, a heating temperature indicating portion, a hot water supply switch, a cool and hot water switch, a cool and hot water period setting switch, a central temperature setting switch and the like, and changes over hot water supply or cool and hot water discharge and the supply hot water temperature or the central temperature is received and set. In a case where the central temperature is low and the highest temperature of cool and hot water discharge does not reach the uppermost temperature, an ordinary cool and hot water discharge is carried out. When the central temperature is set, the control of the temperature is carried out by making the fluctuation range small so that the highest temperature becomes coincident with the uppermost temperature.</p> |
