摘要 PURPOSE:To perform high-precision compensation control by detecting a positive phase sequence and a negative phase sequence component separately and performing compensation control on the basis of them. CONSTITUTION:Two-phase current signals i1dL and i1gL obtained by inputting load currents iRL, iSL, and iTL detected as arc furnace currents to an arithmetic circuit 400 and unit two-phase voltage signals e1d and e1q synchronized with Ac bus voltages eRS, eST, and eTR connected to a load are used to detect separately normal phase reactive components and reverse phase components in the load currents through the arithmetic operation based upon said signals. The detection signals Q1PD, QIND, and PIND are used to generate current commands Iu, Iv, and Iw of a reactive power compensating device, which is controlled.
