PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for any noble metal electrode wire and improve characteristics such as vibration resistance, impact resistance by fixing a cylindrical substance which is formed with a thermistor blank body part, electrode etc. on one end face and is provided with two holes for passing of core wires and the core wires into a heat-resistant sheath pipe by a prescribed method. CONSTITUTION:A thermistor blank body part 13 is provided by vapor deposition, etc. on one end face of a cylindrical stepped substance 12 provided with two holes, and heat-resistant electrodes 14 are printed on this part 13, whereby a thermistor element 15 is formed. The element 15 and the core wires 16 connecting to the electrodes 14 through the two holes of the substrate 12 are fixed in a heat-resistant two-core sheath pipe 18 by way of fine particles 17. This pipe 18 is coupled to a heat-resistant metallic protecting case 21 via a case crimp 22. This constitution eliminates the need for any noble metal electrode and since the thermistor element is in one piece with sheath pipe, characteristics such as vibration resistance, impact resistance and durability of cold-heat vibratory characteristics are improved. Further, no stress is exerted upon the electrodes and the stable measurement is made. |
