PURPOSE:To prevent the polarization deterioration of an electrostriction type actuator by temporarily storing charges generated in the electrostriction type actuator in a capacitor and returning them to the electrostriction type actuator again on the non-operation of the electrostriction type actuator. CONSTITUTION:Voltage is applied to an electrostriction type actuator 200 from a controller CONT. Charges generated in the electrostriction type actuator 200 are stored temporarily in a capacitor 300 through an insulating transformer 162, a coil 165 for resonance and a diode 167. Charges stored in the capacitor 300 are returned gradually to the electrostriction type actuator 200 through a resistor 168 on the non-operation of the electrostriction type actuator 200.
