PURPOSE:To enable pulleys to be integrally formed by casting, by a method wherein the pulleys are so set that those axes are inclined toward the tension direction with reference to the faces between which a space wire is stretched, and provided with annular flanges at the inclined side outer circumferential surfaces thereof. CONSTITUTION:A space wire 29 is stretched approximately horizontally by way of side pulleys 30a-30d. A mounting face 33 for the side pulley 30d is so fixed as to incline toward the tension direction at an angle of theta, about 1 deg., with reference to a face setting the space wire 29 thereon. On the other hand, the side pulley 30b is mounted on a bracket 40 by a stud 39 so as to incline similarly. On the upper sides of side pulleys 30a-30d, flanges 36, 38, 43, and 45 are formed to prevent the space wire 29 from moving upward and slipping out. In this manner, the side pulleys 30a-30d are allowed to be cast into an integral unit. |
