PURPOSE:To obtain the superior advance and acceleration performances by providing a means which generates the differential movement resistance force corresponding to the line pressure supplied from a transmission which is hydraulically controlled and restricts the differential movement of a differential mechanism, thus permitting the differential movement restriction corresponding to the engine speed. CONSTITUTION:The output shaft of an automatic transmission B which is integrally incorporated into an engine A and hydraulically controlled is connected to a differential gear C through a propeller shaft, and transmits the differential movement of the power of the engine A to the right and left rear wheels (driving wheels) D. The differential movement due to the differential gear C is restricted by a differential movement limiting means E. In this case, the line pressure of the automatic transmission B is introduced as the clutch pressure into the oil chamber of the hydraulic actuator of the differential movement limiting means E through pipings F, etc., and a differential movement resistance force is generated by connecting a multiplate clutch by the fastening force corresponding to the line pressure. Therefore, the differential movement is largely restricted on advance, acceleration, etc., and the slip of the driving wheel is prevented.
