PURPOSE:To make easy the processing of a waveguide and to prevent the shifting of a passing center frequency with making the corner of the waveguide in a right angle and to reduce high-frequency resistance by making a close contact between an inductor plate and a supporting table and to prevent the increase of transmission loss by forming the waveguide in a U-character shape and the inductor plate in an L-character shape. CONSTITUTION:The length, the width and the height of waveguides 7-9 are processed corresponding to a center frequency as a band-pass filter and the aperture, the cross-section of which is shaped in a U-character, forms a bottom plane. Inductor plates 1-6 have two planes covering the aperture in the length direction of the waveguides 7-9 and the aperture, the cross-section which is shaped in an L-character, and guide windows 14-19 having a width required as the band-pass filter are pierced at the plane covering the aperture in the length direction of the waveguides 7-9 and are formed so that the other plane bent in the L-character shape is studded with the bottom of the waveguide. And by pressing inductor plates 1 and 2 from the both ends of the waveguide 7 and covering the aperture in the length direction and the bottom of the waveguide 7 with the inductor plates 1 and 2, a waveguide resonator is constituted. |
