PURPOSE:To obtain an expanded molded product embedded with an insert fitment provided with a penetrating hole by a method wherein an expandable resin is poured into a molding cavity, to which the insert fitment board with a screw hole and embedded with a soft material for sealing below the screw hole is secured, and is molded, thereafter, molds are opened and the soft material for sealing is removed. CONSTITUTION:A support pin 10 is inserted and fixed above the screw hole 41 of an insert fitment 4, embedded with a soft material for sealing below the screw hole 41, and an expandable resin is poured into a molding cavity 3 to fill it and mold the product of foam molding. Thereafter, molds 1, 2 are opened and the supporting pin 10 is pulled out of the screw hole 41 of the insert fitment 4, further, the soft material for sealing is removed, then, the product of foam molding, which is provided with an insert fitment having the penetrated screw hole 41, may be obtained. |
