PURPOSE:To obtain a stable axial slide characteristic by fixing a magnet to a side face in the longitudinal direction of a movable body. CONSTITUTION:Magnet positioning grooves 14a and 14b are provided on side face parts in both ends facing coil fixing plates 3a and 3b of the movable body 8 and magnets 15a and 15b are engaged with magnet positioning grooves 14a and 14b and are fixed by an adhesive or the like. Magnets 15a and 15b are formed to approximately rectangular parallelepipeds and are so arranged that the longitudinal direction of faces facing coil fixing plates 3a and 3b coincides with the X-axis direction and faces facing coil fixing plates 3a and 3b are projected and are magnetized in directions to coil fixing plates 3a and 3b and coil units 15 are fixed to faces facing the moving body 8 of coil fixing plates 3a and 3b. |
