PURPOSE:To promote the elimination of reduction of labor, space saving and the cost down, by setting a workpiece to various work conditions through a pair of jig pallets and a positioning mechanism so that high accurate work can be performed with no necessity for a transfer of the workpiece. CONSTITUTION:A device, movably constituting one workpiece pallet 14b of the pair of workpiece pallets 14a, 14b holding a workpiece, enables the workpiece to be integrally machined and divided to be machined. Accordingly, the device, improving work accuracy by collective integral machining and eliminating the necessity for an only use jig pallet by divided machining of the same jig, promotes the cost down. While the device, eliminating the necessity for mounting the workpiece to and removing it from the jig pallet in various machining processes, contributes to reducing a machining time by enabling the elimination or reduction of labor to be performed. Further the device enables the workpiece to be correctly set to a machining jig so as to high accurately machine the workpiece, when it is integrally machined, while positions the workpiece engaging with the second engaging means to a reference part arranged in a predetermined work position of the workpiece, when it is divided to be machined, thus correct machining can be performed. |
