PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction of a vane and incomplete compression at start of a vane type compressor by feeding gas in an operating chamber into the back pressure chamber of the vane when starting under such condition as the differential pressure between high and low pressure sides is low. CONSTITUTION:Upon start of a compressor under the condition where the differential pressure between high and low pressure sides is low, the extension/ retraction of a vane 4 in a vane slot 3 will cause lowering of pressure in a vane back pressure chamber 17. Consequently, gas will flow instantaneously from the intermediate pressure section of a working chamber 8 through first and second gas supply paths 26, 31 into the back pressure chamber 17 thus to assist the spring-out of the vane 4. Upon pressure rise at the high pressure side, gas pressure from a high pressure side pressure lead-in path 27 will cause increase of differential pressure functioning to the opposite ends of a valve body 30 thus to seat the valve body 30 in a valve seat 29 and to feed only lubricant from a lubrication path 18 into the vane back pressure chamber 17. |
