摘要

PURPOSE:To avoid damage of fasciated yarns by rubbing, by lowering a yarn inserting guide while rotating a package in the reverse direction and reducing a tension applied to a yarn connecting from the package to a suction mouth to a sufficiently low state. CONSTITUTION:A package suction mouth 1 is advanced to suck a yarn end thereinto while rotating a package driving roll in the reverse direction at a medium speed, and the yarn end (Y) wound in a package 14 is taken out. The suction mouth 1 is retreated to the back of a yarn inserting guide 2 while rotating the package driving roll in the reverse direction at a higher speed. The yarn inserting guide 2 is lowered to a piecing roll while rotating the package driving roll in the reverse direction so as to correspond to the lowering speed of the yarn inserting guide 2.
