PURPOSE:To shallow a skirt of a fence and to enable tagging of the fence without contact of a weight with the bottom of the sea, by a method wherein a weight at the lower end of the dence is floated through the buoyancy of a buoyant body, structured in an airtight manner, at a time when the fence is installed and removed. CONSTITUTION:Before a fence moves, an anchor and mooring means are removed and a buoyant body 7 is deflated. At a time when moving, the buoyant body 7 is inflated to float a weight 4 through the buoyancy of the buoyant body 7, which results in raising a skirt 3 to shallow the skirt part 3. |
