A solar heating device(20) has staged apparatus as a body (26). A heated liquid tank(30) is established in the most upper stage(28). The other portion of the body is filled with insulating material (32) . Four semi-sphere hollowed portions(40) are established with a constant distance on each stage. Plates for fluid circulation(46,48,50), which have good conductivity, are assembled on the stages. Semi-sphere fluid passages(62) are arranged between the hollowed portion (40) of the body and the semi-sphere hollowed portion of the plate. Fluid passage pipe(64) is connected to the upper portion and the lower center portion of the passage(62).
