PURPOSE:To minimize access time when a request for the reading of a computer competes with a refreshing operation by providing plural refreshing means and refreshing a master side memory section and a slave side memory section separately. CONSTITUTION:Refreshing means 8a, 8b are controlled by the output of a control means 7 so as not to execute the refreshing action of a master side memory section 1a and a slave side memory section 1b simultaneously. Means 8a, 8b count a clock 6 and supply a request for refreshing to timing generating sections 2a, 2b under the control of the means 7. The generating section 2b is driven while the memory section 1a is in refreshing, and the reading of the memory 1b is executed. The generating section 2a is driven while the memory section 1a is not in refreshing, and the memory 1a is read out.
