Gripper rail for pressed parts

The invention relates to a gripper rail for pressed parts. Such gripper rails are used for the continued transporting of sheet-metal pressed parts in mechanised press lines (presses arranged one behind the other). Gripper rails are often so long that they cannot be made to enter the gap between two presses together with the press tool assigned to them. According to the invention, therefore, a hinge joint (7) (set-up joint) is proposed, by which a reduction in length is achieved and consequently the setting-up operation is simplified and the setting-up time is reduced. <IMAGE>
