PURPOSE:To suppress a warp and a waviness of a spacer small in side when an atmospheric pressure and a temperature are varied, and to improve the productivity of an optical device by using an adhesive agent to which a filler is added, for the spacer for sticking two pieces of transparent substrates, and forming a gap between the substrates to a prescribed value or below. CONSTITUTION:A recording film 2 on which a hole or an uneven part, etc. can be formed by a radiation is provided on one surface of one or both of two pieces of circular transparent substrates 1. Two pieces of transparent substrates 1 are assembled so as to position this recording film 2 inside, and when manufacturing an optical disk, a filler-contained adhesive agent 4 to which a filler whose particle diameter is <=300mum has been added is used, the outside peripheral part and the inside peripheral part of the transparent substrate 1 are stuck, respectively. Also, the recording film 2 is formed on both of the transparent substrates 1, the transparent substrates 1 are assembled by the adhesive agent 4 by generation of a warp and a waviness caused by a variation of an atmospheric pressure and a temperature is suppressed so as to become smaller, and the productivity of an optical disk is improved. |
