An apparatus for introducing condensate from compressed air or from compressed gas systems into an oil/water separator has a housing having a vent orifice, an outlet orifice and an inlet orifice, labyrinth-like or baffle-like internals being provided between the inlet orifice and the other two orifices in the housing, in order to prevent pressure surges on introduction of condensate into the connected oil/water separator from being able to propagate.
