Warp-knitting machine with a machine frame (1) which carries a needle bar and at least one guide bar (8) and on which the guide bar (8) is arranged so as to be capable of being offset in its longitudinal direction relative to the needle bar and is pushed into its respective offset position by means of a pattern mechanism (17) having a pattern disc (16) and a tappet rod (7). The pattern mechanism (17) is supported, at a distance from the machine frame (1), relative to the floor (4) supporting the warp-knitting machine and is connected to the machine frame (1) via at least one longitudinally stable, transversely deflectable connecting element (19), in such a way that a vertical latitude of movement is imparted to the two ends of the connecting element (19). Vibrations of the machine frame (1) can therefore virtually no longer be transmitted to the pattern mechanism (17), with the result that faulty displacements of the guide bar caused by a covibration of the pattern mechanism (17) are avoided. <IMAGE>
