The bamboo needle, which rotates and is fed by the transfer roller, is ground by a high rotator with th e surface of cotton fabrics. The rotator grinds first the side of a needle at the inclined angle of the rotator side and secondly at an angle of 80-90degrees toward the rotator and by the generated friction heat of 300-330≦̸C at this time a resin component of the bamboo needle is smelted. Then the mixtures of the resin and dust proceeding from the grinding are coated on a side and an apex part of the needle.
