PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a cosmetic and bathing agent more easily usable than a conventional method directly a crude drug, having a wide range of use, an immediate effect and high effects, by carrying out a reaction with protease when or after aloe, mugwort and adlay are extracted with water. CONSTITUTION:In extracting aloe, mugwort and adlay with water, an enzymatic reaction with protease is carried out during or after the extraction. The reaction product is collected to give an extracted solution of the crude drug having more improved effects on the skin such as a feeling of moisture, a feeling of smoothness, etc., and bathing effects such as blood criculation, recovery of fatigue, etc., than a well-known product using directly a water extracted solution or crude drug simply as a cosmetic or bathing agent. Since the extracted solution has an immediate effects and durability of the above-mentioned effects even alone, addition of additive such as mineral oil, etc., is not required and the extracted solution has no problems such as oxidation of oil, etc. |
