<p>The invention relates to creation and utilization of a nailable or screwable section, the design and fixation of prefabricated panels with wooden framework, and the insulation by parietodynamics of gaps of air circulating in the walls and floors of said houses. The bottom girder fixed to the nailable section embedded in the concrete runs as a tenon under the downstair panels which are made integral therewith. The undeformability of the frames provided by nailing and glueing of facings which admit high distortion stresses enables the panels to perfect the windbracing. The thicknesses of the panels are flanged by dowelling with a maximum rigidity. The mineral insulation is provided between two vertical air gaps having each an orifice of at least 33 cm2 per meter of width. The reflection of the convection of said air gaps on a system of caps limits the calorific exchanges through the walls.</p> |
