Heat-insulated pin gate sprue

The invention relates to the pin gate sprue in the injection mould for thermoplastics. A technical disadvantage of this type of sprue is the short sealing time during the injection step. By means of thermal separation of the sprue gate, a higher temperature of the sprue runner walls is to be obtained at least during the injection phase and holding-pressure phase, so that the thermoplastic does not freeze unduly fast in the sprue runner.
