PURPOSE:To prepare a food having uniformly dispersed flaky form and suitable for the production of soya mil, in high efficiency, by adjusting the water-content of cleaned soybeans, separating the bean into skin and grain, treating the grain to obtain granules, and pressing and collapsing the granule with press rolls. CONSTITUTION:The titled apparatus is composed of (A) the separator 5 for separating dust, etc. from soybeans, (B) the brushing machine 7 for removing the soil and soil bacterial from the soybeans, (C) the band drier 13 for controlling the water-content of the soybeans, (D) the husking machine 21 to divide the soybean into 4-8 pieces and separate the skin from the content, (E) the separator 23, (F) the classifier 24, and (G) the press rolls 36. The machines (A)-(G) are connected in series in the order. The flaky product is prepared by treating the soybeans to a proper water-content to facilitate the separation of the skin from the grain, separating into the skin and the grain, treating the grain to obtain granules, and dispersing the granule with the rolls 36. |
