The invention relates to the use of compounds disclosed in Belgian Patents 897117, 900425 and 901274 for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders such as gastric secretion disorders, gastritis, peptic ulcer, dyskinesia of the bile duct, spastic colon, irritable colon, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, carcinoid syndrome and of diarrhoeas of varying origin (e.g. bacterially induced diarrhoeas, cholagenic diarrhoea, psychogenic diarrhoea).
