PURPOSE:To design easily a document while recognizing an image by using a document file to store temporarily the data supplied in the document designing process, a display device for said data and a correcting means to correct freely the document corresponding to the data displayed on the display device. CONSTITUTION:The data retrieved or extracted by a retrieving processor 4 are stored in a data file 5. A layout designing processor 1 performs a simple document designing process based on the contents of the data stored in the file 5. This data is stored in a form file 11 and at the same time displayed on a display device 12. Here an operator correct the simple document designing process displayed on the device 12 by means of a correcting means 13. The data with which the correction of form designing is through by the means 13 are stored in a form style file 3 and then printed in a fixed style. |
