PURPOSE:To facilitate positioning and optical axis alignment by providing a switch means, a signal transmission means, a transmission control means, a signal reception means and a signal processing means. CONSTITUTION:A liner image sensor is used for a signal reception means 20 and a signal transmission means 10 is opposed to the detection face, then even when the lighting means of the signal sending means is moved along the arranging axis of detection cells of the image sensor is moved and the relative position relation of the both is changed,if the moving range is within a prescribed range, the light from the lighting means is received by any detection cell of the image sensor. That is, a lighting means is arranged to the pad of a steering wheel 1 and the image sensor is arranged to a fixed position on an opposed vehicle, then the signal is sent independently of the angle of the steering wheel. Thus, it is not required to apply especially the positioning between the signal transmission means and the signal reception means and the adjustment of the optical axis is not required substantially. |
