PURPOSE:To prevent incomplete function at deterioration of a battery by continuing the on-stage of a load circuit when the measured time is longer than a predetermined time and turning off the load circuit when shorter. CONSTITUTION:A reset voltage detection circuit 1 supervises a battery voltage level and when the level goes to a prescribed level or below, a reset signal is outputted and when the level is restored to a prescribed level or over, a reset release signal is outputted. A momentary decision circuit 2 supervises the battery voltage level to check the time being the prescribed level or below. That is, the circuit 2 outputs normally a high level 1 and outputs a low level '0' when the reduction in the power voltage level continues for a prescribed time or over thereby allowing the circuit 2 to decide whether or not the fluctuation of the power voltage is bit. A reset cause detection circuit 6 consists of a timer 4 and a time decision circuit 5 to decide on which the reset output (c) of the reset voltage detection circuit 1 depends. Thus,the incomplete function at battery deterioration is prevented. |
