摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to bear sufficiently a large centrifugal stress, by connecting a target layer of a heavy metal on a target layer support plate of molybdenum or a molybdenum alloy, and connecting support blocks with fixing portions formed integrally on the target support plate. CONSTITUTION:A target layer thin plate 11 of tungsten or a tungsten alloy and a target layer support disk 12 of molybdenum or a molybdenum alloy are contacted and applied a bending process. After a cutting process to make the both sides of the connected body into plain surfaces, two support blocks 13 and 14 with a volume such larger than the target support plate 12 are connected to the both sides of the connected body. Then fixing members 15 and 16 to combine with a rotor composition are formed therefrom, and the body between the fixing members 15 and 16 is formed into slopes of a kind of top. Therefore, a sufficient strength of each connection is secured, bearing sufficiently a centrifugal stress in a super-high speed rotation.
