PURPOSE:To reduce greatly the work quantity and to prevent the generation of artificial mistake on transmission by turning automatically the ordering data into the data on the parts ordering form for facsimile through a data processor and sending automatically the data on the parts ordering form to each address of ordering via a public facsimile network. CONSTITUTION:An ordering device 11 set at the orderer side converts the ordering data given from each department or section into the character data for facsimile. This character data is sent to a facsimile controller 12. The controller 12 converts the character information for facsimile sent from the device 11 into the code data for facsimile. The code data is sent to facsimile devices 15-1-15-n set at each address of ordering, i.e., each client through a public facsimile controller 13 and a public facsimile network 14. Each client sends the information on answers to the time limit of delivery, the answer to reception of order, the unit price, etc. on the adverse route through devices 15-1-15-n. |
