PURPOSE:To maintain easily the continuousness of serial numbers despite the change of a handy terminal by controlling the processing serial numbers through a terminal controller and also supplying the serial numbers of persons in charge to the handy terminal during the input of data on the scheduled visiting clients. CONSTITUTION:When a visit is started according to data to new scheduled visiting clients, a liaison clerk puts his/her own handy terminal HT into a transmitter and supplies high/her name (code) to request the input of a scheduled client and the control data. Receiving these input items, a terminal controller TC reads the data on the scheduled clients and the control data out of storage devices M1 and M2 and sends them to a handy terminal HT to write them to a memory there. The serial number of the liaison clerk is also informed and the counter of the terminal HT is reset. Thus the liaison clerk starts the public relations activities to visit the clients according to the data on scheduled clients and to supply transaction data 11-0, 1; 12, 0-2; 13-0. 1 to the terminal HT, the serial number is automatically adapted in the handy terminal. |
