In the method for preparing these factors, a) a parietal antigen extract, subsequently solubilised, is prepared from a Neisseria gonorrhoeae strain, b) this extract is brought into contact with an immobilised sugar receptor, c) the lectin attachment factors bound to the abovementioned receptor are then separated.
