PURPOSE:To identify a signal terminal or a wiring which is the cause of a faulty circuit part by providing means which measure the voltage and the current to ground of an electric signal, which is generated in the signal terminal of a logic IC while an electronic circuit package is operated, and display measured results. CONSTITUTION:A probe 12 having plus and minus contacts 13 and 14, an earth terminal 40 for measuring the voltage to ground of the plus contact 13, and a means which measures the potential difference between plus and minus contacts 13 and 14 through the probe 12 and a connecting cable 15 are provided. Further, a voltmeter 16 as a display means where the measured value of the voltage to ground and its polarity are displayed on a voltage display part and a DC ammeter 17 as a display means where a current value, to which the measured voltage difference value is converted on a basis of the electric resistance value of the signal terminal of a known logic IC, and the flow direction of this current are displayed on a current display part are provided. |
