摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To minimize the reflectivity from the surface of oriented films and to obtain a high contrast ratio by setting the thickness of the oriented films to the film thickness at which said film functions as an antireflection film. CONSTITUTION:An ITO film 2 (indium oxide-tin oxide) is formed as a transparent electrode on transparent flat glass 1 as a transparent substrate. A polyamic acid is then relief-printed on the glass 1 and is backed to form the polyimide oriented film 3 in order to make a horizontal orientation treatment. Two sheets of the treated transparent flat plate glass 1 are prepd. and plastic beads having about 10mum diameter are sprayed as a spacer to one of the glass. An epoxy resin adhesive agent 4 is screen-printed as a sealant to the other and thereafter two sheets of the glass 1 are superposed while the ITO films 2 are held to face each other to form a liquid crystal cell. A GH type liquid crystal 5 is injected through a preliminarily prepd. liquid crystal injection hole and the liquid crystal injection hole is sealed by a two-part type adhesive agent after the injection.</p> |
