PURPOSE:To permit to integrate a composite curing resin with a fiber reinforced thermosetting resin (FRP) molded product by a method wherein a top force, to which the molded product is adhered when a mold is opened, and a bottom force are employed and the mold is opened after the press molding of a fiber reinforced thermosetting resin material, subsequently, another bottom force, capable of effecting press molding by combining it with the top force to which the FRP molded product is adhered, is set on the bottom force. CONSTITUTION:A top force, to which a FRP molded product is adhered when a mold is opened, and a bottom force I, combined with the top force, are employed for molding a FRP material 6, then, the mold is opened after the curing of the FRP material 6. At that time, the FRP molded product is adhered to the top force. Subsequently, another bottom force II is set on the bottom force I and the cavity of the bottom force II is filled with a composite curing resin material 7 to effect press molding again. According to this method, a composite resin molded product, in which the FRP 6 is integrated with the composite curing resin 7, may be obtained. |
