PURPOSE:To improve acoustic insulation effect by attaching expanded foam plastic with its one side embedded with heavy material to the steel sheet of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:An expanded foam plastic consists of one or more kinds of plastic ingredients, foaming agent and foam accelerating agent. In one side of the expanded foam plastic are embedded heavy objects such as iron balls, lead balls and the like. That side is glued to a steel sheet by means of adhesive. With this constitution acoustic insulation effect can be improved. |
