摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to detect the gas leakage and monitor easily the effectiveness of energy saving condition on a central operation console by a method wherein an actual gas consumption flow rate data is inputted to the central operation console, the gas consumption flow rate is calculated due to gas apparatus information, then the gas leakage is detected by comparing those data. CONSTITUTION:A central operation board (gas heating central monitoring operation board) 1 and plural terminals 3-1...3-n connected to the central operation board 1 via a two wires transmission line 2 and the like are installed. The ON/OFF operation for each gas apparatus load is controlled by a control signal from the central operation console 1. Monitoring signals from each load are made to be transmitted from each terminal 3-1...3-n to the central operation console 1. A measuring means for the total gas consumption flow rate in a system and a memory means stored previously the gas consumption flow rate for each gas apparatus load are provided in the central operation console 1. The gas consumption quantity of each gas apparatus load is indicated under operation condition by a monitoring signal, the gas consumption quantity of each gas apparatus is red out from the memory means. A total consumption calculating means and a gas leakage detecting signal generating means are provided. The gas leakage detecting signal is generated as following sequence, that is, initially, the total gas consumption flow rate based on the measuring is compared with the gas consumption flow rate based on the calculation, when the difference between those gas consumption flow rates exceeds the designated value, then the signal is issued.
