PURPOSE:To lengthen the life of a die and to facilitate maintenance by supplying lubricatng oil to the edge of a blanking punch of an upper die when forming plates having uneven parts successively from a long member and laminating and pressure welding them. CONSTITUTION:A strip 1 oiled by a felt roll and a pilot slot is blanked is introduced in a die. An upper die 4 goes down and draws near to a lower die 6 and the stripper 12 of the upper die 4 comes into contact with the lower die 6 and stabilizes the strip 1. Then, the upper die 4 goes down further and the stripper 12 compresses a spring 11. At the same time, a spring 13 is also compressed and presses a felt 14 through a pressure plate 15, and lubricating oil supplied to the felt 14 from an oil supply tube 17 flows to the side of the blanking punch 3. The strip 1 is blanked by the blanking punch 3 by descent of the upper die 4 to make an iron plate 8 having uneven part. These are laminated successively in a ring 9 and a laminated iron core 10 is obtained. |
