<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate coil insertion work, by forming a coil-expanding shaft having support shafts for supporting non-deformed parts of both expanded fingers and coils, and forming a finally pushing shaft having pushing rollers for finally pushing coils inside a core over the whole periphery of core grooves. CONSTITUTION:With expanded fingers 63 pushed outwards, deformed parts 13b of coils 13 are more pushed further outwards to be expanded at the maximum. After a coil-expanding shaft 61 is drawn out from a core 1 under this condition, a finally pushing shaft 72 having finally pushing rollers 71 facing respective coils 13 inside the core 1 replaces the coil-expanding shaft 61 to be inserted into the core 1. While respective rollers 71 are rotated with the shaft 72, the whole periphery of respective coils are pressed in succession on the bottom surfaces of the coil grooves 2 in the core 1 and the coils are returned to the initial state of coil 5 so as to be completely housed inside the grooves 2. Thus, a plurality of coils 5 can be automatically and effectively inserted into the inner surface of the core 1, to realize formation of a device having coils on its inner periphery.</p> |
